Thank you for shopping with RUNATION.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During new releases, drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delivery time begins after the processing period and depends on the shipping carrier and destination. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, military postal operations, and other circumstances outside of RUNATION’s control may affect delivery times.

APO/FPO & Military Addresses

RUNATION supports shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Military mail may take longer to arrive depending on the destination and military postal system.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address.

Once an order has shipped, RUNATION cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package is missing, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
